Quick update on the claims and judicial reviews.

Okay, where do we start? This set up of intelligence surrounding anti-migrant posts on social media is now confirmed with funding being made for this beyond 2026. As a victim of migrant harm, I can tell you, this is not acceptable. They will face a judicial review and a civil claim for breaches of human rights and the Equality Act. They must safeguard victims, not further socially isolate us (causing us further harms). They will have to fight me. It will go to judgment on both accounts (judicial review and civil claim).
I have received half the responses for my letters to these charities. All I can say is - doubled down absurdity. Again, we will meet in court. Judgment coming. I have much going on. But I thought these two elements were worth speaking of in a quick update.
The fact is, all these organisations are blind to the harms they cause the victims of these migrants. Even the simple use of their language (something they tie everything to these days) socially isolated the victims of these crimes. That in turn, causes us further and significant harm and requires compensation.
If speaking in an “anti-migrant” way, can bring about a breach of HRA 1998 - Article 7 (punishment without law), then how can victims turn to the police when we are harmed? How can we speak to those in medical settings (therapy) when we have become the perpetrators of speech? This is a very dangerous path those in leadership roles are taking us.
One of the reasons I understood that feminism arose in the last century is because of victim-blaming of rape victims. And yet today, in our peak feminism era, you have government and rape charities targeting us. Feminism - isn’t doing so well right now. Clearly infiltrated and those who claim to be “genuine feminists” are still missing key issues like this.
I hold evidence that I am in fact being socially isolated in real-life and online to confirm further harms enacted against those already harmed via raped by the imported protected class. Anyway, I will leave you all to your nice cup of tea…
